Not enough riots or not enough firepower?

A retired cop told me it moved too slow or had a habit of breaking down. So the FD used it was a semi-mobile platform for large fires. No one complained, they bought it for $1! As for riots, they had plenty from the late '50s until about the mid-'70s when everyone left.

They are but there might be a problem since it wasn't done by the union by-laws. She's from the Miami & Atlanta area, not a lot is known about her yet, should be interesting.

In other GFD news, the new Squad 2 is in-service & in a week or so, so will be it's twin as a mini-pumper. They are Chevys with the body by T.L. Woods out of Minnesota. The mini has a 200 gal tank not sure on the pump. Rumor is it will go on single assignments city-wide. If they get the mills old heavy rescue, that will go into service as Squad 2.
