Two Homeless after Hubbard House Fire
Story from the WKBN TVCH27 Website on 2/20/2010.
The Mahoning Red Cross is helping two people left homeless following a fire Friday morning in Hubbard.
The blaze broke out just before 10 a.m. at 855 Waugh Drive. A father and and son were still inside. The victims escaped, but the father suffered severe cuts trying to push open a storm door that was jammed due to snow build-up.
The cause of the fire is still unknown. Damage is estimated at $80,000.
