A downtown fire at the Lacey Street Cafe

note;

1. the absence of PPE / breathing apparatus anywhere (don't look NFPA)
2. the guy on the ladder, with one foot [atop pole] apparently attempting to disconnect the power supply...
    or, he is the IC attempting to get a better overview of the scene... :o
3. I assume the rig is a "tanker" and no pump is in view
