New Austintown Fire freqs

Austintown Fire is now back on VHF.  Per radio reference web site:
154.7925 Austintown FD Dispatch Ch 1
156.15    Austintown FD TAC (Ch 2)

They didn't list any PL for either.

These new freqs aren't active yet, they had some coverage problems and are looking for a new location for the antenea.
