FAQ 004 - Problems with Passwords?

If you can't login because you forgot your password, first try the lost password link on the login page. It will send you a new password to the email on file.

If your email has changed since you signed up or you don't get a new password email from the forums, drop me an email at gricker@youngstownfire.com and I'll be happy to manually change it and send you the new password for your account. You must provide me with your username or an email so I can change the right account.

Hello Greg,
   Hope to see you Sunday in Wheeling at the muster - - promises to be a good day.    I'm writing because I want to change
my profile but have misplaced my password and the "private question" - - -I'm currently listed as a firefighter - - - I am a past chief, and I think rather than using my full name when posting I'd like to change my "use"name to something somewhat shorter;
something like Chief 1 or some such thing.   I need some direction here.
