Another arson fire on Youngstown's southside.

Firefighters are investigating a fire on Hunter Avenue.

 It happened around 9 p.m.  Saturday in the closet of a top apartment unit.

 A mother and her three young children live there, the mom and her 5 year-old daughter were in a downstairs apartment with a neighbor when smoke was smelled coming from their home.

Everyone got out safely, the mother told officials the fire was set after an argument she had with her boyfriend who allegedly told the her that he was planning to burn the home.

This is one of many fires allegedly set on the southside over the past few weeks.
