The MFD/FWD is MPLS. shop built #5.  #5 sported both #1 and #5 tags for a time...GR

Thats a ALL AMERICA City decal on the seat riser Mpls piled them on just about everything in about 1969-1975 era. The white on the lower fender  is reflective tape. GR
