A volunteer organization, running 2 engines, a truck, a rescue ,and a special service van and trailer. We run districts in this township...with commissioners who oversee the administrative ends and money. Our sister station in distrct 3 is East Franklin Fire Station 27. We always roll together. They have a Squad engine, an air support vehicle and another engine along with a special service van and trailer. Both companies are strictly volunteer and parttake in a lot of the community activites. We are locted adjacent to the city of New Brunswick--a paid department that gives to and receives mutual aid from Franklin Township.
