Hey!  It's "Smurf 292"!  This rig was retired back in 2007, along with their tanker, both being replaced by a normal colored KME pumper-tanker.

I do not know anything about the truck other than what can be seen in the pictures. The truck has been sitting outside of their station for about 2 years with no pump or other equipment and the state inspection expired in 2004.

Rescue 1-1999 Chevrolet
Not sure who did the body work on this, the chief said the bought it surplus from the Kentucky State Police, it was a SWAT rig.

Oak Hill, WV has a rescue with a body just like that.
