A late 1940's vintage IH/American lettered for "Warren Emergency Truck No. 1".  Now the question is was this apparatus at Warren, Ohio or Michigan or...?

This was in Warren Ohio.  I have a photo of it from 1971, I'll add it later to the forum...

Any luck finding this photo?

Was delivered 1949 from Battlecreek MI to Warren OHIO  and paid for from a special levy passed 1942 in response to the pearl harbor situation so the money raised was for reopening all stations some closed 10 years since 1932 and buy 5 new trucks which ran into war shortages. The ER no1 was assigned Oct 1962 on all structures in Warren because it carried 600 gallons of water and could extinguish most fires before they extended. Present chief WFD Ken NUssles dad drove that truck solo on full responses citywide from the old central fire at s park av and franklin st. Truck was decomissioned prior to 1974 and sold .
