Here is an engine from Lehigh Twp PA that is red/white/blue.  Their whole fleet is this color

Thanks for posting some neat old rigs Steve! The Jonesborough truck was still around as of 2007, being used as a training engine for Johnson City. It was still red,white, and blue.

I'm curious to know how many were made like this, there is one at a neighboring department of ours, and I know Athearn made a 1:50 and 1:87 scale version replica of a KME with the same paint scheme.
