It was good to meet you in person today. I see Truro made it out to the muster. I ran into them at the Speedway down the street.

I believe this was a rebuild after a wreck.

Correct; it's now owned by the Jenks FD.  There were originally three of these; two 75' and one 65' 1963 Ford/Boardmans.  The 65' job was sold in the late 1970s.  Both 75-footers were remounted by Pierce in 1982 on Arrow chassis.  This one, while assigned to L29, crashed into E29 while responding on the same call (long story, maybe another time)!  E29 was totalled, while L29 was rebuilt by Pierce with a new cab.

Thanks for posting those.  Personally I think that the Arrow XT is the best cab that Pierce offers.

Help! Can anyone tell me was there ever a Pierce Arrow Extreme? I keep referring to the Pierce Arrow XT as the Pierce Arrow Extreme. I could swear I seen something about a Pierce Arrow Extreme. I know the XT stands for extreme tilt.   ??? ??? ???
